FivePlus is expanding and we are looking for a Sales Specialist responsible for recruiting CDL drivers and owner-operators for our partner trucking companies across the United States.
This role focuses on driver recruitment using a structured sales process. You will work inside a CRM system with clear KPIs, performance tracking, and defined recruitment workflows.
You will communicate with professional truck drivers, present job opportunities from our partner carriers, and guide qualified candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process.
The position requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple candidates inside a structured pipeline.
You will be a key part of the recruitment process, helping connect experienced CDL drivers and owner-operators with reliable U.S. trucking companies.
Requirements
English level B2–C1
Proven experience in Sales (required)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Confident phone communication
Ability to manage candidates inside a CRM pipeline
Organized and KPI-driven mindset
Results-oriented approach
What This Role Is/Isn't
Identify and contact CDL drivers and owner-operators
Conduct qualification calls and candidate screening
Present partner carrier job conditions clearly
Handle objections related to pay, requirements, and contract terms
Manage follow-ups and candidate pipeline inside CRM
Coordinate with the operations team to complete onboarding
