Requirements

Deep understanding of trucking economics — beyond Gross or RPM, into true profitability models.

Ability to think like a systems engineer: load flow design, capacity management, and risk-adjusted booking.

Skilled with data tools — TMS, load boards, Excel modeling, cost-structure analysis, and BI/AI dashboards.

Excellent communication under pressure — broker negotiations, driver retention, and conflict resolution.

Proven leadership mindset — building SOPs, training teams, and aligning dispatch with long-term business strategy.
