As Head of Strategic Partnerships & Operations, you will bridge business development, operational leadership, and strategic execution.
Your mission: to identify aligned carrier partners, build high-performance dispatcher teams, and ensure operational excellence across every partnership.
This role is pivotal in scaling FivePlus’s next growth stage — blending vision, precision, and leadership into a unified structure that drives results.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in logistics, dispatching, operations, or business development.

Deep understanding of or ability to learn the U.S. trucking industry rapidly.

Proven track record in team leadership and client relationship management.

Strong grasp of carrier operations, profitability, and performance drivers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Analytical mindset with CRM/reporting system familiarity.

Bilingual (English + Romanian/Russian a strong plus).

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships

Identify and onboard carriers that fit FivePlus’s long-term, intelligence-based model.

Build and maintain trust-driven relationships with carrier executives.

Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Represent FivePlus with authority and professionalism.
Team Formation & Leadership

Recruit, evaluate, and onboard dispatchers to form carrier-dedicated teams.

Match dispatcher profiles to carrier goals and operational styles.

Uphold FivePlus standards of intelligence, precision, and accountability.

Monitor team performance and foster a culture of operational excellence.
Operational Management

Maintain alignment between carriers and dispatcher teams.

Intervene in complex or high-pressure operational cases when needed.

Track performance metrics and report insights to the Founder.

Refine workflows for scalability and consistency.
Strategic Growth & Systems Building

Translate vision into structured, repeatable processes.

Develop frameworks for onboarding, training, and performance tracking.

Contribute to data-driven initiatives and BI systems.

Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth strategies.
Clients
You’ll partner with growth-oriented U.S. carriers seeking long-term, intelligence-driven dispatch collaboration.
