Requirements

3+ years dispatching U.S. lanes (partials, oversizes, and complex freight preferred).

Independent operator mindset — owns daily processes: load optimization, broker negotiation, risk calls.

Tech-savvy communicator — fluent in English, Romanian, and Russian.

Strategic thinker — transforms market chaos into margin clarity using structured frameworks.

Team anchor — mature, reliable, and driven to grow; mentoring experience is a plus.
