Requirements

1–2 years of experience dispatching for U.S.-based carriers.

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Full-time on-site availability in Chișinău.

An analytical mindset with fast decision-making under pressure.

Goal-oriented, disciplined, and detail-driven approach.

What This Role Is/Isn't
Responsibilities:

Plan, book, and manage loads for U.S. carriers across multiple regions.

Negotiate with brokers and partners to maximize profitability.

Maintain professional, consistent communication with drivers and partners.

Track shipments, resolve operational issues, and ensure on-time deliveries.

Contribute to workflow improvements and uphold FivePlus dispatch standards.
