To do it right, we need a Super Manager — someone capable of designing the strategic brain of dispatching and transforming operational chaos into systemized intelligence.

Requirements

Proven background in U.S. trucking dispatch and operations leadership.

Strong grasp of trucking economics — beyond Gross and RPM, into profitability frameworks.

Deep understanding of load flow engineering, capacity planning, and risk-adjusted decision-making.

Advanced experience with Excel modeling, BI tools, and cost-structure simulations.

Ability to mentor senior dispatchers, design SOPs, and lead multi-level operations.

Comfortable working with AI tools, analytics, and automation frameworks.

Fluent in English (Romanian/Russian a plus).
